Exchange & Store Credit Policy (No Refunds)
All sales at Stashed are final — we do not offer cash refunds.
Final sale (no exchange / no store credit):

Sourced / special-order items
These categories are strictly final sale and are not eligible for exchange or Stashed Store Credit.
For all other eligible items, you may request an exchange or Stashed Store Credit within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Once your return is received and approved, we will either:

exchange the item for another size or item of equal value, or
-
issue Stashed Store Credit for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping, duties, and taxes).
Stashed Store Credit never expires and can be used on any future eligible purchase.
Exchanges are limited to one time per item/order, and all shipping fees for exchange pick-up and re-delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
