  • Yes. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means any import duties, taxes, or customs/handling fees charged by your country are not included in your checkout total and will be billed to you by the courier or customs before delivery.

    These charges are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility to pay. If you're unsure what to expect, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

  • Yes. Every item we sell is 100% new, unworn, and unused. We do not sell pre-owned products. Each piece is carefully inspected and authenticated before it goes live on STASHED.

  • For in-stock items, you may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +971 566 576 195 with your order number.

    Once an order is being prepared or has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit in line with our Exchange Policy.

    Pre-orders and sourced items are final sale — they cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

  • We don't offer cash refunds.

    Orders can be exchanged within 3 days from the date you receive your item, or you can opt for store credit to use on a future purchase, provided the product is in the same condition as delivered and meets our exchange policy.

  • Most UAE orders arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

    International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

  • If a product or size is sold out but still visible on our website, use the "Notify Me When Available" button on the product page and enter your details. You'll get an email as soon as it restocks.
