2026 Bandai One Piece Musée Grévin Paris Special Promo (French) OP13-001 (RAW) "Monkey D. Luffy"

This 2026 Bandai One Piece Musée Grévin Paris Special Promo (French) OP13-001 (RAW) "Monkey D. Luffy" is a limited edition promo card designated OP13-001 that was given away to the first 50,000 ticket holders at the Musée Grévin wax museum in Paris, France, beginning June 26, 2026, marking the launch of the One Piece permanent exhibition at the museum — the first permanent exhibition dedicated to Japanese anime content at the historic Paris wax museum. The Musée Grévin, opened in 1882 on the Boulevard Montmartre, is the oldest and most prestigious wax museum in France whose cultural significance and Parisian identity gives this One Piece promo card a distinctly European and Franco-specific collector context that separates it from the Japanese domestic and English-language One Piece promo ecosystem, with the French-language card carrying the OP13-001 designation that connects it to the broader OP13 set while being exclusively distributed through this single Paris venue. The card is exclusive to visitors of the Musée Grévin with a valid museum ticket, with no online sales or alternative distribution channels available for the card at its original release, making physical attendance at the Paris museum the only legitimate means of obtaining the card at no additional cost beyond the museum admission price. The combination of location-specific distribution, French-language production, and One Piece's status as the best-selling manga in history gives the Musée Grévin Luffy OP13-001 immediate secondary market significance as one of the most geographically restricted and most context-specific promo cards in the One Piece TCG's global release history.

Note: This card is stored in its original plastic seal.
