Travis Scott may finally be taking on one of the most iconic color combinations in Air Jordan history.
New images have surfaced of an upcoming Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG, pairing the Houston rapper’s signature oversized reverse Swoosh with a familiar red, white, and black arrangement. While the early look immediately drew comparisons to the original Air Jordan 1 “Chicago,” this pair is not a one-to-one recreation, instead leaning into a darker, cherry-like shade of red.
The color blocking is especially notable considering Travis Scott has largely avoided directly referencing Jordan Brand’s most famous heritage looks throughout his long-running Air Jordan 1 partnership. That makes anything even remotely close to the “Chicago” palette an immediate attention-grabber.
According to multiple sneaker leak sources, including SimaoAdib, MrUnloved1s, and bawsedubbkiccz79, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG is expected to release in 2027 and is currently set to arrive in the color blocking shown in the early images.
The pair features a dark red overlay, white leather base, and oversized black reverse Swoosh. Additional lace options reportedly include sail white and pink, giving the sneaker a few different ways to shift the overall look.
More information surrounding the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG is expected to surface as the release gets closer. For now, the first look alone is enough to put this pair firmly on the radar.
